Ciudad Juarez is a Mexican city on the border of the United States.
In this lawless city, police officer Mori, who is on a drug bust, teams up with elite werewolf Mitsumine to crack down on the powerful sex drug “Lagrimas". While performing their duties, which are always fraught with danger, the two men, who had previously been at odds with each other, gradually begin to come to terms with each other.
